Boy Scouts Plan Activities at Granville Home Areas Event
This week end the lady cubmasters attend the annual Home Areas Cub Palover at Granville. Local Cubs meet Saturday afternoon under a Rover. Rovers may join North Sydney Ares Rovers Moot and Hume Area invitees. Group athletics set for Saturday September 2 at the Football Club ground with Athletic Club help. The Group Committee met last Saturday afternoon to discuss the street mall on September 12.

Local Red Cross Stall Set For September 2

Tug of war district final set for Minto on Saturday
The district championship contest will be held at Minto on Saturday October 21. Open to metropolitan area teams on the Southern line between Liverpool and Moss Vale and branch lines. Entries to be made promptly. First prize is a cup with cash and a championship ribbon for each winning member. Delegates from Liberal Party branches in the Macarthur electorate met in Campbelltown Town Hall. Mr T. Kelly re-elected President with Messrs Beaumont and Rooney as vice presidents. Mrs Booth and Miss Pat Hanger re-elected Hon Secretary and Hon Treasurer.

Bible Society Lecture Draws Crowd at St Peter's Hall
