Australian War Memorial Museum Opens in Sydney Exhibit
The Australian War Memorial Museum, moved from Melbourne to the Exhibition Building in France Alfred Park, opens at 3.30 p.m. Friday with public admission after the ceremony. It houses flags, aeroplanes, portraits, photographs, plan models, and vivid displays of AIF and RAN service, with free entry 10 a.m.–5 p.m. weekdays and 2.30 p.m.–5 p.m. Sundays.

A very large attendance of buyers gathered for the Monday stock sale featuring a big yarding of pigs calves and all cattle classes. Prices moved unevenly with pigs slightly lower and calves and fat cattle rising, store cattle in weak demand ahead of an early winter. Auctioneer notes Easter holidays adjustments with sales on the next two Mondays and advises buyers and sellers to note the dates.

Wedding Bells at Ingleburn as Miss Ethel Seymour Marries Gilbert Chivers
The Ingleburn Baptist Church overflowed for the March 21 wedding of Miss Ethel Seymour and Mr. Gilbert Chivers. The bride wore white silk morocain with georgette panels, veil and mob cap, with bouquets from the groom. Best man Mr. Sen Parkes of Concord. Arthur Smith sang My Prayer, Hodkin played Bridal March, and Mendelssohn's Wedding March accompanied the couple's departure. 120 guests attended and many presents were given. traveling dress was midnight blue crepe de chine with caramel trim.

On March 13 in the School Hall Miss Seymour and Mr. Chivers were guests at a social evening. Pastor Mr. Smith presented them with a handsome clock from the Church Sunday School and C. E. combined. Seymour had taught in the Sunday School and helped in church activities. Chivers, once a Sunday School scholar, served four years in the country after answering the call.

A large turnout of about 140 attended the Campbelltown Football Club Queen Competition at Town Hall in support of Miss Lulu Nicod.
