Gladstone court sentences man for illegally using car
Thomas Campbell aged 23 pleaded guilty at Gladstone Police Court to illegally using a Ford Sedan owned by Sydney Thomson a dentist. He was sentenced to nine months imprisonment after a garage break in and larceny charge was withdrawn. Statements from witnesses described the car missing from Thomson’s garage and Campbell’s alleged movements around Gladstone. Prosecutor Sergeant W V Virgo led the case.
