South Australian Railways announces timetable changes canceling several mixed trains between Peterborough and Port Pirie from December 16, 1940 to January 7, 1941. Rail Motors will operate on specified legs with set departure and arrival times, Monday to Saturday, plus Friday night services. One freight train from Gladstone at 10.55 pm to Port Pirie will be cancelled during the period except January 1, 1941.
