Corbett Interest Claim Granted in Katanning Bankruptcy
In the Supreme Court on Friday the Chief Justice reversed a creditor meeting decision disallowing Michael Corbett’s £3297 4s 7d claim for interest at 7 percent against his brother Patrick Corbett’s estate. The judge found the interest claim justified after further evidence, granting the application but not ordering costs.

Federal Taxation Aims Raise 6 Million for Expenditure
