Witness Memory Destroys Charges Against Ronald Kraybrook
In Melbourne court, two charges against Ronald Kraybrook and others accusing illegal passenger-vehicle use were dismissed due to the weak memory of prosecution witness Frederick Ernest Expy. Expy had testified about riding a Bray Crook car from Mulirurat to Melbourne on July 10, but cross examination by defense attorney A. D. Lazarus undermined his dates and car color claims.
