Ejectment Case Fails in Dickson Street Dispute
Mr and Mrs J. Fox lost an ejectment case over a house on Dickson Street after the Commercial Bank seized the property. Ronald Jets, the tenant, warned they would have to go the hard way, while the Foxes said they prefer retirement in a different home and had bought Dirkwon Street house two years earlier. Jets struggled to find alternative accommodation for his one small daughter and newborn son. Estate agent James Fox noted the original offer to Jets was declined as the house was deemed too small for a business or farm use. Judge Morrins dismissed the complaint, indicating the Foxes would not be housed in a caravan.
