The Shine Bowling club opened on a Saturday with a ceremonial green opening led by the president Mr 1.8, Cokex, who welcomed visitors and praised the club’s improvements. Mrs H es and Miss Alma Oakes served the first tea and bowled the first ball as afternoon activities continued for members and guests.
