Shire of Keilor invites tenders to reconstruct 4 000 feet of Boundary Road plus supply crushed rock and stone dust at Sydenham and Tullarsvarine. Joint work with Shire of Braybrook. Tenders due noon Friday June 1 1934. Plans at Shire Office Keilor. N Woods Shire Secretary May 1934.
The Shire of Braybrook proposes a loan of £1,000 backed by council and ratepayers via debentures under the Local Government Act 1928. Interest at 4 percent per year, repaid in forty half yearly installments of £36 11s 2d, with first payment on 1 March 1935 and final on 1 September 1964. Funds to cover Maribyrnong Recreation Reserve grandstand and street works. Plans available at Shire Offices Hampshire Road Sunshine.
