Planning of Pre school Education in Victoria
The Victorian Municipal Pre-School Association released an overall plan for pre-school education in Victoria with approval from the Free Kindergarten Union and other bodies. The plan, circulated to municipal Councils, proposes municipal administration with shared finance from Federal and State governments, municipalities and voluntary organisations, aiming to make pre-school education a basic universal stage. Braybrook Council delayed discussion to allow councillors time to review the plan.
