The next day he recovered the bicycle at a house. another bike from outside H V Menya factory was admitted and sold to a New Australian for 44 shillings. A witness described leaving a bicycle at Danjamin Street, Sunshine, and it later disappeared. Bail set at £100 with a surety of £190.
