Failed to Dip Lights to Police Car
Police testified that a Ballarat motorist did not dip his headlights when signalled last November. Walter David Lloyd denied the police left him without lights after stopping his car. Magistrate Horan fined Lloyd £5 and Bart £5 for similar offences.

Tax offence fine for failure to deduct income tax
Walter James Marsh a newsagent of 68 Hampshire Road was fined £16 at Sunshine Court on Tuesday for failing to make income tax deductions from employees wages. Marsh said it was carelessnes s with no intent to defraud the government.
