Conference Plansee Scheme for Soldiers' Settlement
Delegates from Braybrook Shire Council War Service Homes Commission and soldier settlers met at Shire Memorial Hall to discuss road and drainage conditions and the plan to connect with a council scheme. Debate covered council borrowing limits, street takeovers, outstanding rates, and a proposed drainage scheme costing about £1500 for the settlement area with costs shared among buyers and funded by the commission.
