Letters Heated Over Zoning and Local Newspaper Role
Agnes E Hyett of Sunshine urges Braybrook Shire Council to publish clear zoning details and a map for ratepayers. She questions timing of factory land purchases, residents’ protests, and openness in official communication, urging council action and press accountability. The editors defend the paper’s role and costs, arguing the map would be prohibitively expensive and the council should provide it.
