Stonewall Board approves two 2016 property assessments
Town of Stonewall council unanimously approved two 2016 requests on October 22. 6092706 Manitoba Ltd. saw building assessment drop from 466 500 to 345 300 and land from 96 900 to 96 600 for 493 4th Street E where Subway is located due to vacancies. Red River Co-Op gas bar at 491 4th Street E retained an estimated building value of 1 067 900 and land 396 200. Altus Group Ltd. seeks confirmation to advance to the Manitoba Municipal Board on related tax issues.
