A livestock owner may file a written complaint to a judge within six months. the judge can order the dog destroyed, with fines up to 100 dollars and possible jail time for noncompliance. Police or dog control may carry out the killing.
Duda, a PMU breeder, reports horses attacked by dogs, running, leaping fences, and colliding with trees. Several animals are injured, including one with a broken back, after fleeing the dogs. Estimated losses reach about $5,000.
