ACL Seeks Sixth Stonewall Home Faces Opposition
After a December 2 public hearing on ACLs conditional use request, Stonewall council deferred action to its December 16 meeting. ACL seeks to rent a sixth residential care home at 9 Rossmere Crescent for three special needs residents, needing zoning change from single residence to residential care facility. Sharon Inman, a board member, spoke of her sons positive experience in an ACL home and the emotional burden of the process.
