Juba s Choo Choo Delays Highway Improvement
Mayor S Juba and Winnipeg council face delays as a 980 year old locomotive from Pointe du Bois is loaned to a U S film company to recreate an 1898 Indian raid near Walker Minnesota. The move postpones rebuilding 3 2 miles of road to Lac du Bonnet and Winnipeg River bridge, with frost issues worsening the wait for spring and a better completion window.
