The Great Falls Television Club, formed last spring with Vince Rowe as organizer and president, Lionel Coulombe secretary treasurer, and Carl Peterson, Warren Sinnock, and Paul Ryplanski as executives, celebrated progress on a community cable system. Volunteers installed equipment to deliver channel 3 and 7 clearly while channel 12 varies. About 46 members have joined, with many masts being repurposed from existing structures. He leaves a large family including seven sons Philip Victor Louis Edward William Alexander Leo and others and five daughters. Surviving siblings and 32 grandchildren are named. Funeral arrangements were by Russell Funeral Homes Ltd with cremation or interment at Port Alberni B C.
Two Manitoba obituaries note August a Emilie Drewlo, 60, Beausejour, wife of Ernest Drewlo, with service at Zion Lutheran Church and interment there. Survived by four sons and four daughters, sisters, and 24 grandchildren. Also Virginia A Taylor, 46, Great Falls, wife of James Taylor, funeral at Morude Bros. Broad hint, with burial at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. survived by husband, three children, and mother.
