Local Support Spurs Man Industry In Manitoba
A Toulon hosiery mill joint venture between Teulon residents and Lincoln Hosiery Limited, born from Manitoba government surveys, shows decentralization in action. Ten automatic machines churn out 75 gauge nylon hose at about 800 dozen monthly, with a $30,000 start from Teulon shareholders and a five-member local board aiming to double capacity in two years. W.
