Pine Falls Teachers To Receive Increase
The Pine Falls- Great Falls local association No. 191 of the Manitoba Teachers' Society reports a two hundred dollar rise in basic salary to 2209, plus a first degree allowance increase from 660 to 826. Ten annual increments of 150 and a 200 marital allowance are included. Negotiating members were Miss Catherine Shearer and Mr. M. Stamler. A $50,000 extension to the school building for four new classrooms to handle enrolment is approved, with a new heating system planned to be installed, targeting fall completion and high school use.
