Brokenhead RM Votes To Build In Municipality
The Reeve and Council of the Rural Municipality of Brokenhead officially favor erecting new municipal offices within the municipality rather than rebuilding on the Beausejour site. A unanimous vote followed debates on centralizing property, with a referendum notion discussed but ultimately set aside amid wide ward support. Construction is expected once a suitable site is chosen, as residents anticipate a centralized complex including storage and staff facilities. The notice also reports local notes on school events, personal updates, and area activities from May and June.
