Sailing memories aboard the Hellenic Star to Jeddah
Aboard the Hellenic Star en route from New Orleans to Jeddah the passengers recall a passing salute with the Hellas, Neptune’s inspection at the Equator, and a Christmas celebration in the Indian Ocean. The ship, mostly Greek crew, carries 45 people with two septuagenarians among the passengers. The ship plans to sail via the Red Sea toward Mecca, crossing the Cape and Cape Town en route to Asia.
