Amateur Night to Broadcast Over CJOB in Lac du Bonnet

World's Largest Door Set For Filton Brabazon Hall

The door for the Filton Bristol Brabazon Mark I air craft hall will be 1 045 feet wide and 65 feet 9 inches high, weighing 200 tons and opened in two minutes. The Brabazon, the world's largest airliner, is to enter service in 1951 with a piston engine prototype likely to fly in summer next year followed by a turbine powered version.
