Scouts Hike to Camp and Spot Fox Near Deer Remains
Scouts set out from Agassiz Road at noon for a two mile hike to camp. A red fox was seen through binoculars, then vanished after revealing a deer leg and rib fragment nearby. Roy and George cleaned the cabin while Clifford and Gary cooked chili and toast with chocolate pudding. Dishes were cleaned with snow and bark, water melted from snow. Evening activities continued.
