Recovery News From Bissett and Farewell for Staff
Mrs. G. Robinson reports Mrs. S. Hendricson is recuperating at Winnipeg General Hospital after an appendectomy and gallstone operation. Friends in Bissett send wishes for a speedy recovery. A farewell gathering was held for Clarence Wynman and several road engineering staff members last week. Clarence, formerly with Griffith Bros, recently joined the survey and engineering team.

Whitemouth April Shower Tea Scheduled
The CGIT plans an April shower tea on Saturday April 7 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Whitemouth Collegiate. Harold Gesell remains confined in Whitemouth hospital after an operation. Ed and Ruth Malkoske visited Winnipeg the weekend of March 24 and saw Mr Milton Johnson who recently had surgery. Mrs Johnson is the former Dot Hunter. Mrs Dave Drew has also undergone an operation at Whitemouth hospital. her son Edward of Kenora visited last week. A March 19 board meeting of Whitemouth Consolidated School discussed plans for the summer holidays and other matters.
