LOUIS, September 12 (JP).—Ray Doan, sports promoter and operator of the House of David base ball team, has announced here that he had signed a contract to manage Mildred (‘‘Babe”)! Didrikson, star girl athlete, as leader of a girls’ basket ball team. He said the team would begin a three months’ tour in November.
