Then I started, like mom and dad, skiing for fun on weekends.“I started ski jumping when I was five. Each year, I just did it more and more.By the time he was 10, McClintock was competinig in tournaments. At 14, he was training with the national team as an alternate, and now he is the open men's world record holder in trick and slalom skiing, with 7,330 points.McClintock will be in Alberta until Friday to train members of the provincial team.“There are three or four skiing with us, he said. “We start at seven in the morning and go to about five in the afternoon.
