No! was the unanimous verdict of about three thousand people from Aberdeen and Hoquiam who attended the sixth annual picnic of the Grocers and Butchers of Grays Harbor at Moclips yesterday. Three special trains conveyed the merrymakers, and everybody on them is a unit in expressing appreciation of the hospitality of the butchers and grocers.The barbecue was made quite a feature, yet it may be said that every item on the program while not a thriller was of interest and entertaining.A feature of the afternoon was a Burf-riding exhibition by eight Quin-iault Indians, who delighted the crowd oy a thrilling ride through the surf into the breakers and return. The beach was filled all day, many going in bathing and others riding back and forth in autos and on motorcycles.
