MORRIS MUST FIGHT WINNER-Burns and Comiskey to Open New Bax-• ing Club at Muskogee.Special to The Washington Post.Sapulpa, Okla., Feb. 1$.-The Empire Athletic Club, of Muskogee, Okla.. recently organized with a strong financial backing, will pull off Its first event on February 28. the principals being Con Comiskey, of Chicago, and Jack Burn*, of Colorado. The heavyweights will go fifteen rounds, catch* weights, Marquis of Quecnsberry rules.Owing to the fact that both men have repeatedly attempted to get a match with Carl Morris, and have-blt;*m unable to do so, hi# friends and others are anxious to see the men In action. It Is safe to predict that the winner will be able to get a match with the Oklahoma heavyweight. Should the hackers of Morris refuse, it will put them In bad with the fight fanatics hereabouts.The Empire Athletic Club, under the management of M. Charlson, a promoter cf long and successful experience, gives assurance that no detail will be lacking in staging the event. The arena will have a seating capacity of 4.000.
