THREATENS BASKETBALL RECORDS—Clarence (Bevo) Fran-cis, 6-foot-9 freshman at Rio Grande College in Ohio, is well on his way to breaking a lot of basketball scoring records. Francis has tallied 709 points in Rio Grande’s first 15 games.
