GreensboroClosing 2 Golf CoursesGREENSB ORO— IP) —The Greensboro City Council has ordered the sale of Gillespie Park golf course, scene of a recent segregation incident, and the closing of the Nocho golf course, built by thee ity for Negroes.The city-owned Gillespie - course which is privately leased covers 75 acres. The city owns half the land and the City School Board the other half.Six Negroes were arrested at the Gillespie course recently when they attempted to play and were charged with trespassing. Councilman Victor B.
