Canadian Group stock planned for Ontario and Slocan Mines

The Ontario and Slocan Mines Development Company, owner of the Canadian Group between Landon and Silverton, will float stock at market. Capitalization 4 450 000 dollars in 1 500 000 shares of 80 cents each. 500 000 shares in all, 80 000 to be offered at 26 cents.
