Large attendance at Shepparton cannery meeting
A large attendance gathered Thursday afternoon at the Star theatre to hear the directors report of the Proih Presdoving Co. The meeting discussed adverse conditions and a satisfactory balance of about 5710 and noted seven weeks of operations packing 50 tons of fruit. Chairman Mr 2 Akopsy spoke on capital needs and urged shareholders to consider increasing equity to modernize canning facilities and expand production.
