Parkland Regional Community Line marks ten years of growth
The nonprofit PACL, led by Executive Director Robert Palamar, celebrates a decade of expanding in home and community care. The group operates two group homes, plans a third, and opens a 2000 square foot day program facility with a focus on local hiring, sourcing, and Meals on Wheels expansion.
