Health and Wellness Fair draws crowd at Russell area

The Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday October 17 drew about 250 attendees with 4 nurses giving flu shots. Exhibitors included Russell Ambulance, Fitness Centre, Home Health Care, Breast Cancer Network, Palliative Care, Ardena’s Books, MEDIchair, and several services. prizes were awarded to five winners. A series of upcoming senior events and meal programs are listed for Angusville, Binscarth, and Russell, with dates in November and early December.

Faith and Doubt series begins October at Knox

Knox announces the Faith and Doubt series starts October 30 in the Knox lower level from 7 30 to 9 30 pm. PE A C E hosts a Halloween party November 1 from 3 15 to 9 pm in the Knox Lower Level.
