The 45th Beef and Barley Festival mixed old and new with a HomeWorks Trade & Craft Show selling out tables and a $10 000 raise toward $35 000 for school events. Main Street hosted a tractor pull bubble soccer face painting and a gourd toss while D P Reptile Rescues drew hundreds in the Brad Room. The Heritage Fair offered Touch a Truck tours as bands In Too Deep and Crossfire performed at the George P Buleziuk Centre.
