Manitoba cuts wait times for breast cancer care
Health Minister Sharon Brady announced system wide improvements in Manitoba that shorten the time from suspicion to treatment for breast cancer. Two thirds of new diagnoses referred to cancer hubs between 2013 and 2014 moved to treatment within 60 days, with 85 percent treated in 60 days.
