Tragic Collision Claims Two In Winter Hwy 16 Crash

Yellowhead RCMP report a severe crash on Highway 16 five kilometres east of Shoal Lake during heavy snowfall on November 7. A 1991 Oldsmobile driven by Reginald Gadd lost control on icy slush and collided with a westbound tractor trailer, killing Gadd and his 72 year old wife Jean, who died later at Shoal Lake Hospital.
