Manitoba chef Casey Naherniak wins North American Keg Grill Masters Final
Anne Naherniak recalls watching in her Baba’s kitchen as Casey Naherniak rose from a young helper to a champion in Toronto. Representing Manitoba, she competed against 12 chefs and, alongside the other woman finalist, claimed victory with a coffee crusted elk filet sous vide and birch syrup chocolate whipped butter.
