Russell Regional Multiplex poised to attract Manitoba Games
Russell and partners submit Letter of Intent to Sport Manitoba seeking the 2014 Manitoba Winter Games. If selected, 1,800 athletes, 1,200 volunteers, and thousands of spectators would visit over a week, boosting the region through the new Multiplex, Asessippi Ski Hill, and local facilities. The campaign highlights the economic impact and community pride, inviting public input via the Town of Russell site and Multiplex Funding Campaign Committee.
