City Moves Forward With Civic Building Project

Dauphin officials approved a 1.8 million civic administration building to be funded by 900 000 from a 1991 city reserve and a 900 000 loan. Construction begins after bids in August for a 13 000 square foot facility on Main Street between First Avenue Southeast and Memorial Boulevard.

Manitoba NUP ends first time home buyer tax rebate
