Margaret Jane Dunn daughter of Mr D Dunn of Minuwiska married George McLeod a prosperous local farmer in a Wednesday evening ceremony. Rev J L King and Rev G A Edmison officiated. A large gathering attended a formal dinner followed by music speeches and gifts.

A note states second class candidates may write third class papers for certain subjects and the presiding examiner sets a maximum oral reading mark of one hundred.
Examination of candidates for first class certificates will be held in Winnipeg Brandon and Portage la Prairie starting Tuesday July 2 at 9 00 am. Binscarth school now intermediate, so tests will be written there and at Russell. Applicants should send their forms to the principals of Winnipeg Brandon Portage la Prairie Binscarth and Russell before June 1.
