Lake of the Prairies fishing derby set to go ahead
Organizers Terry Rolfe and Bob Ross state the Lake of the Prairies derby remains on for the first weekend in June despite flooding turning the marina lot into water. They may move to Prairie Lake Lodge six miles north if needed with Gerald Keating and David Keating backing the plan. About 90 of 150 teams are registered and influx from Regina Beach is expected to boost participation.
