Horticultural Society hosts two successful meetings
The Russell and District Horticultural Society thanks attendees after two events, the Spring Pot Luck Supper on April 23 and the Lily Seminar on April 27, both well attended. Ryan Johnson from Prairie Gardener Greenhouses spoke on hanging and large planters, soil mixes, and plant care. Dianne Putland led the Lily Seminar, with bulbs for commercial sale and insights into lily divisions and growing tips.
