Rus sel W. C. T. U. annual meeting reports progress
The Rus sel W. C. T. U. held its annual meeting at the Methodist church and reported growth with twelve active and ten honorary members. Officers elected include Mrs. V. Schwalm as president and Mrs. Dyer as vice president. The group plans to participate in the Dominion anti cigarette crusade and collect signatures for a federal petition.
