Town hospitality shines in Russell thanks to service minded locals
In Russell Manitoba, Alan Stanchuk and Joyce Lenhardt received praise for small town courtesy after aiding a Winnipeg couple stranded by high winds and icy roads. A letter from Candace Cook and Len McGlynn highlighted prompt acts at the Russell Inn and a Shell station, prompting the Chamber of Commerce to honor Stanchuk with a customer service award, with plans to recognize Lenhardt later.
