Manitoba Games Council selects ten sports for 1996 event
The Manitoba Games Council names ten sports for the 1996 Manitoba Summer Games with archery and triathlon new to the program. Open categories include archery for ages under 50 and triathlon for ages 10 to 21, while core sports cover athletics golf soccer swimming and more. Bid packages go out in April with June deadlines, and the host site will be announced by January 1995.
