The Rural Municipality of Russell met April 10 1973 with Reeve Collins presiding. Proxies were assigned for Parkland Regional Development Corporation and a Veterinary Services District was proposed. The 1973 budget totals 192 633.92 with farm and residential mill rate 54.0 and other property 8.81 mills. A revision court date is set for November 6 1973 and road projects for 1978 are listed alongside regular accounts of 2004.08 approved.
