Health first in Russell as Proton Care Centre plan unveiled
About 100 residents attended a briefing on the Proton Care Centre a three tier facility offering assisted living independent living and long term care for seniors in Russell Manitoba. Project coordinator Cindi Berg outlined phases 100 long term care 80 assisted living and 80 independent living plus energy efficient building and on site services and activities for residents. Berg credited AT & S Combine for approach and said she was drawn to the project to serve the community and honor seniors with dignity.
